When you use the "Contact Us" feature within the app to report an issue or submit feedback, we collect specific information you voluntarily provide, including your **email address, issue title, and issue description**. All subscriptions and in-app purchases are securely processed through the Google Play Billing System. We do not collect, process, or store your credit/debit card numbers, bank account information, UPI credentials, or any other payment information. Google Play securely handles all payment transactions and only provides us with the information required to verify your subscription or purchase and enable the corresponding features.
Subscriptions may automatically renew according to the subscription plan selected during purchase unless cancelled through your Google Play account settings. Subscription renewals, cancellations, refunds, and billing are managed in accordance with Google Play's policies.
To ensure reliable data synchronization, file downloading, and secure transaction flows, the app requests the following system permissions:
INTERNET): Required to connect to Firebase cloud services, submit support requests to Firestore, process secure transactions via Google Play Billing, serve advertisements, and download educational PDF files.ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE): Used to monitor device connectivity. This ensures the app only attempts content downloads or data syncs when an active internet connection is available, preserving your battery and mobile data.POST_NOTIFICATIONS): Required (on Android 13 and above) to display notifications that keep you informed about active PDF downloads and background data synchronization status.FOREGROUND_SERVICE & FOREGROUND_SERVICE_DATA_SYNC): Used to run critical data synchronization and file downloading tasks in the background. This ensures that your educational PDF downloads complete successfully even if you navigate away from the app.To keep our basic educational resources accessible, we display advertisements via Google AdMob. These ads may appear when you attempt to download files within the application.
AdMob may use and collect anonymous tracking data, such as your device's Advertising ID (e.g., Android Advertising ID or AAID), to serve personalized or contextual advertisements, prevent fraud, and analyze ad performance. However, please remember that no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.
Our application provides educational resources. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that their child has provided us with personal information (such as through our support form) without their consent, they should contact us immediately so we can take necessary actions to delete the records.
